AllSigned stores the information organizers and signers enter, including names, contact details, dates of birth, emergency contacts, any medical notes, signature images, IP addresses and browser details, in order to produce and keep signed records. Medical notes are encrypted at rest. Signed records are kept until the organizer deletes them.

Signers receive messages only from the organizer who added them. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts.
